What languages will be available?

The game will be printed in English, Italian, German, Spanish, and French. The physical rulebook and all the cards in the game will be translated into your chosen language. You will be able to choose your Language during the Pledge Manager. The language chosen for the Core Box will also determine the language of all Expansions and Stretch Goals.

In which Language will be available for the Hyperion expansion?

How can I add the add-on to my pledge?

It’s really easy, you just have to increase your Pledge value by adding the amount of the Add-ons you want to buy.

What are the miniatures made of?

They are made out of High-Quality PVC. We will probably produce resin minis also, but just some limited editions for sale on shop.ludusmagnusstudio.com

There will be a Late Pledge for this project?

Yes, there will be for sure a Late Pledge after the campaign and It will be available at a slightly higher price.

It's possible to make a 1€ pledge to access the Pledge Manager later?

Yes, it’s possible, but all the Pledges less than the Magister Pledge (59$) will be integrated as Late Pledge at a slightly higher price than the backers who supported us during the Kickstarter campaign.

How many waves will Nova Aetas Renaissance ship in?

NAR will be shipped in one unique wave.

If I am a 48h backer and I order more than one core box will I get more free 48h models?

Yes, as long as you are a 48h backer you will get as many free 48h models as core boxes you take

Where can I choose my shipping option?

You will be able to do it in the pledge manager after the end of the KS campaign. We will update full info with instructions so just stay tuned for more info after the campaign ;)

Can you assure me that as Backers, I will receive the game before it goes out in the shops?

Yes! Nova Aetas Renaissance is a fully KSE (Kickstarter Exclusive) game. The game has too much material to be sold in the retail market at a reasonable price. This project creation and sale is only possible on KS. After the shipment to the backers, we’ll be able to sell it on our Web-Store later, at a higher price than on Kickstarter.

I am a Black Rose Wars Backer who participated in Call To Arms a few months ago, how can I claim my $ 10 discount?

First of all, thank you for your support! Regardless of the pledge, you have chosen in this campaign, when we open the Pledge Manager you will have loaded a $10 bonus credit on your order that you can spend as you wish, even to pay the shipping costs! Absolutely yes! If you are one of the first backers to have supported us since the beginning of our adventure, you will receive the Conversion Kit for free! This way you can continue to use the many miniatures you purchased in NA’s first Kickstarter!

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
